Industrial/ Organizational Psychology from Radford University in

Mr. Vicknair has over 30 years of Human Resources experience with over 25 years
specializing in the design, implementation, and administration of Compensation and
Benefits programs.
Mr. Vicknair's accomplishments include the design of formal compensation systems
including salary grade structures, broadbanding, merit increase guidelines, individual
and team-based incentive plans, and performance management systems. His executive
compensation expertise includes the design and implementation of stock based
incentive plans and non-qualified compensation plans.
Mr. Vicknair is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and
the American Compensation Association (ACA) from which he holds his Certified
Compensation Professional (CCP) designation. He is Past President of the New Orleans
Compensation and Benefits Association and has held a number of Board positions for
the Louisiana Health CareAlliance. He is Vice Chairman of the Personnel Committee of
the Board of Trustees for the The Methodist Home for Children in New Orleans.
Mr. Vicknair has conducted seminars for various Trade Associations and has spoken
nationally for the International Quality and Productivity Center.
